Johnnie Sladick Jr. was more than a valued member of our team; he was family. From the moment he joined Owen Construction, Johnnie brought unmatched dedication, skill, and heart to every project and every person he worked with. He had a true gift for teaching, always taking the time to share his knowledge, encourage others, and help his crew grow both personally and professionally.

For nearly 20 years, Johnnie was a cornerstone of our company dedicating his time, talent, and leadership to the people around him until his passing in December 2024. His passion for construction and his commitment to excellence helped shape Owen Construction into the company it is today. His influence can be seen in the way our teams work together, support one another, and take pride in every job we do.

We are deeply grateful to have shared so many years with him, and we will carry his legacy forward in everything we build.
